Package Filming

LINK  For this task, we where given a brief of "Handing over a package", when filming this we needed: 5 close ups, One POV shot, One extreme close up, One camera movement, An establishing shot, A non-cut transition, An eyeline match, and a shot reverse shot. We managed to use all these different types of shot in our filming and we used them to help create certain themes. For example we used an extreme close up on shaking hands to help show the focus and anxiety the character was feeling, another example of using a close-up is when Gemma stepped through the door, however as the viewer does not know whose shoes they are, it creates mystery and suspense. We tried to create a suspenseful film, where an unknown character is holding a package with unknown contents - as the camera comes into focus the character is seen smiling which helps relax the suspense, open the package being opened, it is revealed there is a ring inside, this is successfully achieved th...
