According to

They do this
through creating different codes and practices for the company to follow, such
as safeguarding and setting specific standards. They have many smaller values
other than their main 4, they explain their ambitions to have a positive
impact, work with good supplies, distributers and raise the bar on issues such
as human rights, anti-bribery and corruption. Their focus is on making Unilever
stronger in the best way possible. This protects their people, their assets,
reputation and relationship with stakeholders. It also supports the conditions
to work collaboratively, grow sustainably and deliver their Unilever Strategy.

follows. It also supports their approach to governance and corporate
responsibility.

eleven principles that cover business integrity and responsibilities relating
